Our services begin with one or a series of assessments of the individual to get a clear personality snapshot. Next we create a customized test report and provide a one-on-one verbal report. From there you decide what follows. We offer strategic coaching, transformational coaching, outplacement services, and team building.

To be your true self, you need to go deep. You need to be fearless when you go into you. Clearing the mental clutter, avoiding divergent pathways, and focusing on recognizing all of your gifts and talents is the key to realizing your power.

The process begins with an online personality and/or motivational fit assessment. After all, it is hard to know who you are until you know who you are. We provide a written report you will be able to reference for years. The information is fascinating. It should be – it is all about you. Next you meet with your coach to review the test results and develop a coaching game plan for ongoing sessions. The coaching sessions will leave you feeling motivated and ready for action.

We offer two types of coaching: Transformational and Strategic.

Transformational Coaching

Transformational coaching is for those looking to make consequential changes in their personal lives or businesses. Transformational coaching is more of a journey where subtle shifts occur during each session for a deep and lifelong evolution.

Leaders of any style or in any industry will benefit from transformational coaching. Executives, entrepreneurs, coaches, athletes or anyone in a leadership position who may be feeling stuck, in need of energy, or wanting more will grow and achieve their goals through coaching.

Strategic Coaching

There are times when you need a coach in your corner. We provide a strategic partnership to develop and execute the X’s and O’s to ensure your success. Sometimes you know what to do, but need some assistance or guidance or moral support or a sounding board. We are there in the capacity that suits you best. Executives and entrepreneurs looking to propel their business forward will find their success through strategic coaching.


Assessments are the core of all of our offerings. The science of personality theory drives many aspects of behavior and to be able to understand these drivers is at the heart of catapulting upward, or at the very least, moving forward.

Leadership and executive assessments are for incumbents, external candidates, internal succession planning candidates, and anyone wanting to understand their leadership potential or style.

We are certified in various online executive assessments and together we will select the appropriate ones for your needs. Our tests are very thorough — they are not just an overview of types of people — the tests delve deeply and give a very clear picture of the individual. To accompany the online tests, an assessment can include a 360° and behavioral interview focused on leadership. All or part of the assessment process can be conducted in person or remotely.

Once the assessments are completed, we personally interpret the results for a comprehensive report. We will share the report with the individuals to provide one-on-one feedback or the results will remain confidential and will only be shared with authorized individuals. In addition, you can take your executive assessment even further and have ongoing coaching for one or all of your executives. We will pair the executive with the most appropriate executive coach to ensure maximum development.

By digging deep and understanding who you are and what makes you tick, you can uncover your purpose in every area of your life. There are many reasons for self-exploration — to maximize your potential, to attain your dreams, to feel satisfied with your life, to change or select a career, to understand why you hold yourself back, to define your identity, to help you set goals your way, and the list goes on.

We offer a variety of tests, but one we recommend is a motivational fit test. By clarifying your motives, values, and preferences we will uncover your most important needs in all facets of your life. The assessment takes ten minutes, but provides wisdom beyond comprehension.

The motivational fit test is the ideal prelude to coaching. It provides an initial and ongoing basis for transformational coaching, so you can achieve your objectives.

As Babe Ruth said: “The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime”.

Imagine being in a meeting and you are finally able to understand why someone always seems to say “no” to everything, or is doodling while another is speaking, or is cracking jokes, or asks a lot of questions, or is questioning a new process, and the list of typical meeting behavior goes on and on. And then imagine, with your new understanding, being able to have a productive meeting where the topic is effectively discussed, the outcome is better than expected and it is successfully executed. With our methodology, expect to see improved interpersonal relations, increased productivity, and higher profits.

It is not a mystery that communication and relationships impact team dynamics. We also know that teams have issues because of individual personality characteristics. These characteristics are not good or bad — just different. There are plenty of team building exercises and methods and some work better than others. The proven, long-lasting route is through assessments and identifying the traits of the team members. Once this knowledge is shared, one-on-one interactions, meetings, brainstorming sessions, and relationships as a whole will improve.

We begin with individual assessments of the team members, which include an online assessment, a written report of the individual’s results, and a one-hour verbal report. Once the individual reports are complete, we meet as a team to discuss the different general traits and how they can be construed — and misconstrued. Fortunately, people own their personalities and these sessions are always upbeat and filled with humor.


As one door closes another one opens. It is the in-between phase that is unsettling. Even the most stalwart person needs some level of security and we are able to provide a positive, productive and supportive experience during a career transition. We help people confidently make a shift from their former career or position to a new one by jointly developing a game plan. If there is ever a time to have a support system in place, this is it.

Our outplacement process is a combination of science, intuition and meaningful work. We begin with a motivational fit test to determine the individual’s ambitions and passions. While reviewing the test results, we uncover their career goals and dreams. Next, we develop an all-encompassing plan to achieve their goals. Finally, we execute the plan. This includes creating or revising a resume, creating an action plan, practicing behavioral interviews, and most importantly, ongoing coaching throughout the engagement. During the transition, the person will feel motivated, driven, and optimistic.

We work around the individual’s schedule. Sessions are in-person, phone or video call.

Goal Setting

Time flies. And sometimes we are not flying with time. In this two hour interactive workshop, we try to understand that elusive concept of time and how to rein it in to fulfill our goals.

  • Following-through with your goals

Since there is no time like the present, we will start our goal setting during the workshop. What do you get when you cross a business leader and Industrial Psychologist? A really skilled executive coach! Julie has been coaching executives since 2005 and provides a unique perspective to her clients. Her background in leadership, sales, and personality theory proves to be the magic formula. She worked for international and US start-ups as part of the leadership team where she learned the intricacies of running an organization.


Julie has been the Event Chairperson for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, volunteer of the year in Virginia for her service to the Loudoun Literacy Council, and has won the President’s Volunteer Service Award for her work with Animal Friends in Pittsburgh. When she is not working or volunteering, she is either in the gym or hiking in the woods.
